Taken on a beautifully sunny day. Or at least it was until we pulled into Silver Islet which was mysteriously shrouded in fog.

Although hard to see at this size, there are a pair of fawns under the tree to the left of the old shed.

I rarely think to post the wide panoramic shots that are a byproduct of my planet making process but I think this shot compliments the tunnel and planet versions of the same shot. You may need to click on the photo to see it at it’s full size as the thumbnail tends to crop it significantly.

Sunken Gardens Tunnel

This is one of the few times a tunnel panorama works even better than a planet because the flowers around the perimeter make it feel less claustrophobic. The geometric layout of the sunken gardens also make this a far more interesting shot when distorted into a tunnel.
